Fried Meat Ball
Ingredients :
250 gram minced pork
3 cloves garlic
1 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs sesame oils
1 tbs light soya sauce
1/2 tbs sugar
salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
150 gram tapioca flour
Methods :
1. Whisk the egg and set aside
2. Mashed the garlic, then mix into minced
3. Add all the remain ingredients and eggs and mix well
4. Form the mixture into small ball
5. Deep fried till golden brown
