Scallop with sweet chili sauce




Bahan :

250 gram fresh or frozen scallops
10 tbs sweet chili sauces
2 cloves garlics
2 stack spring onion for garnishing

Method :

1. Heat the wok then put the garlic into it, stir fried until fragrant
2. Add the scallops, cook until welldone
3. Pour the sauces, mixed well.
4. Cook for another 10 munites then removed from the heat. Ready to serve.
