Korean Dumpling ( Mandoo )
Ingredients:
1 pack kulit pangsit tipis ( ready made wonton.dumpling skin )
100 gram daging cincang ( pork or chicken )
2 lembar shanghai cabbage ( finely shreded )
3 btg chives ( finely chopped )
2 bh bawang putih (garlic )finely chopped
garam, lada, kecap asin ( salt, pepper and soya sauce )
Directions:
1. Campur semua bahan isi dumpling lalu aduk rata. ( mixed all the ingredients except dumpling skin )
2. Bungkus dengan kulit pangsit lalu rebus hingga terapung ( wrapped with dumpling skin and boiled )
3. Angkat dan tiriskan ( removed from the heat and drain )
4. Sajikan selagi hangat dengan kecap asin atau dimakan dengan kimchi. ( ready to serve )
