Deep Fried Fish with Frangrance Sauce



Ingredients:
1 bh ikan ( lumuri lada dan garam ) sisihkan ( 1 whole fish , seabass, garoupa,or other fishes )
2 bg bawang putih ( cincang dan goreng kering ) ( garlic, deep fried and set aside )
2 cm jahe muda ( cincang dan goreng kering ) ( fresh ginger , deep freid ad set aside )
2 btg daun bawang ( spring onion )
beberapa buah tomat kecil ( cherry tomato )

Sauce :
2 sdm light soya sauce ( 2 tbs soya sauce )
1 sdt kecap ikan ( 1 tsp fish sauce )
1 sdt saus tiram ( 1 tsp oyster sauce )
100 cc air ( water )
1 sdt tepung maizena ( 1 tsp corn flour )
lada, garam ( salt& pepper )
1/4 sdt sari pati ikan ( 1/4 tsp fish stock powder )
1/2 sdt minyak wijen ( 1 tsp sesame oil )

Directions:
1. Goreng ikan hingga kering kulitnya, lalu sisihkan.
( deep fried fish ) set aside
2. Campur jadi satu gorengan bawang putih dan jahe , sisihkan
Mixed fried garlic and ginger
3. Campur semua bahan saus, lalu masak dengan api kecil hingga mendidih kemudian siram diatas ikan yang sudah digoreng, taburi jahe dan bawang putih goreng dan garnish dengan daun bawang dan tomat, sajikan selagi hangat.
Mixed all the sauce ingredient and simmer on low heat until bubbly, then pouring on top of the fish, sprinkle with spring onion, fried garlic and ginger, ready to serve.
