PLECING KANGKUNG




1 bunch KangKung ( Morning Glory )
2 red chilies
1 tsp belacan ( shrimp paste )
1 tsp lime juice
1 shallot
salt to taste

Method :

1. Clean and cut the KANGKUNG
2. Blanched KANGKUNG until the leaf are soft
3. 1/2 Fried chilies, shallot and belacan
4. Grounded no 3 then add lime juice and salt.
5. Add Kangkong and mixed well, serve it .

SERVE better with warm steam rice plus

any kind of salty fish or sotong.
