Fruity cheese cake
Ingredients :
300 ml whipped cream
250 gram cream cheese
1 tbs gelatin + 20 cc hot water
4 yolks
50 gram icing sugar
ladies finger
Kiwi fruit, dragon fruit, strawberry etc
Method :
1. Beat whiiped cream until stiff form
2. Creamy cream cheese
3. Combined 1 + 2 then refrigerated
4. Beat yolk and sugar until creamy then add no 3, stir well
5. Add gelatin then stir well
6. Place lady finger on the bottom then pour 1/2 of cheese mixture
7. put some lady finger in the middle then cover with 1/2 cream mixture.
8. Refrigerated for 5 hours before serving.
