Kangkung Cah



1 bunch kangkung / morning glory
2 garlic ( chopped )
3 shallot ( thinly sliced )
2 red chilies ( thinly sliced )
1 tsp belacan paste ( disolved with a bit of water )
salt to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
50 cc water

1. heat the oil then add garlic and onion, sauteed until fragrance
2. Add chilies and belacan mix well
3. Add kangkung ,
4. Pour the water and salt , cooked it for about 5 minutes then remove from the heat
