Black pepper beef


Bahan : 
200 gram beef fillet 
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
1/4 onion
1 tbs corn flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbs soya sauce
1 tbs oyster sauce
1/2 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs angciu ( chinese cooking wine ) 
1 garlic
2 cm young ginger 
some cooking oil


Method : 
1. cut beef into stripe then add corn flour & baking powder
2. Mixed marinated sauce : black pepper, oyster sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil and angciu 
3. In a bowl put beef and add the sauce, marinated for about 30-60 minutes ( in refrigerator )
4. Cut onion capsicum 
5. Slice onion and ginger
6. Heat wok then add some oil, saute marinated beef until changed color then set aside
7. In different wok, heat some oil then add garlic and ginger , cook until fragrant then add capsicum and onion, cook until it's soft 
8. Add beef and stir well .
